someday

"Be careful to obey the LORD your God, then you will live and someday you will enter the promise the Lord swore to you.  Remember how God led you through the emptiness  all these years, humbling you and testing you to prove your character, and to find out whether or not you would obey Him. . . He did it to teach you that people do not live by their own means, but by the provision of the Lord.   Think about it: Just as a parent disciplines a child, the Lord your God disciplines you for your own good.

“So obey the Lord your God by walking in his ways, for He is bringing you into a good land of flowing streams and pools of water, with waterfalls and springs that gush out in the valleys and hills. . . It is a land where nothing is lacking.  When you have what you need, be sure to praise the Lord your God for all He has given you.   Do not become proud and forget the Lord your God, who rescued you from misery.  Do not forget that he led you through the emptiness with its poisonous snakes where it was hot and dry. . . He did all this so you would never say to yourself, ‘I have achieved this on my own.'  Remember the Lord your God. He is the one who gives you every good thing, in order to fulfill His promise."

"If you think you're something when you're really nothing,
you're just fooling yourself... Don't get tired of doing good for others.
You will be rewarded when the time is right, if you don't give up. "
Galatians 6

Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we cannot see... Without faith it is impossible to please God. Those who come to God must believe that He exists, and that He rewards those who look to Him.
Hebrew 11

Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength, and love your neighbor as yourself.
Mark 12

I am confident of this:  I will know God's promises while I am still living this life.  Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.

Prayers from the heart of a believer are powerful.
James 5

______________________________________________

Love must be honest and true. Hate evil. Hold on to good.  Love each other deeply. Never let the fire in your heart go out.  When you hope, be joyful. When you suffer, be patient. Do not let anything stop you from praying.

Bless those who hurt you.  Don't be proud.  Don't think you are better than others.  Don't pay back evil with evil.  If possible, live in peace with everyone. Do that as much as you can.  Don't try to get even.  Leave room for God's justice; He is the one who judges.
Romans 12

I am giving you a choice between life and death.  If you love God and keep all his laws, then the Lord will bless you in the life you are about to receive.  But if you refuse to believe, if you turn away to other things, you will not receive the promise.
Deuteronomy 30
______________________________________________

You have been given life with Christ, so don't let your mind be fixed on the things of this world.  You must no longer be greedy, angry, hateful or obscene.  And above all, do not lie to each other... You are the people of God; he loved you and chose you to be his own.  So live with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.  Be tolerant of each other and forgive just as God forgives you.  And to all these qualities add love, which binds all things together perfectly.
Colossians 3

I pray that God, who gives hope, will bless you with complete happiness and peace because of your faith.
Romans 15

Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.  It is by faith we understand that the whole world was made by God's command so what we see was made by something that cannot be seen.
Hebrews 11

But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?  But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
Romans 8

The promise comes by faith... when there was absolutely no reason for hope, (he) believed because he had hope.  Without losing faith, he kept believing in God's promise. He was absolutely sure God had the power to do what he had promised.
